MCE Membrane Filter

Chemplus® MCE Membrane Filter

Mixed cellulose ester membranes are composed of cellulose acetate and cellulose nitrate. The membrane offers a high degree of internal surface area for greater product adsorption. Mixed cellulose ester membranes are biologically inert and are a popular membrane filter choice in analytical and research applications.

Features

■ Autoclave: Withstands autoclaving temperatures up to 130°C w

■ Rapid wetting time: <3 seconds to wet a 47mm diameter disc

with aqueous 1% methylene blue buffers,or for vacuum dega

ssing
